Spring has come, / my dog extends its course / of the morning walk.

I’m really happy / to have run three laps there / and down and up here,  / ya, I’m satisfied / but I’m out of breath, now!

Write with hands and head / and then you’ll remember / what you have forgotten.

In the science museum / there are lots of handiworks / made by the staff.

The bones of hills / of Kitakami Plateau / are hard rock basis / making holes throughthem, / tunnels continue one after another.

犬を引き　犬に引かれて　朝の5時。

Leading a dog, / and being led by the dog, / I walk at 5 am.

十日ぶり　川辺の道は　風と鳥　歩いて走り　2キロのコース。

10 days since last / the riverside dike is blown by wind / and birdsongs echo fresh / I walk and run 2 kilos / along the usual path.
